Returns Policy: 

​Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the day the parcel is delivered to you.

After completing the above, someone will be in touch with you. 

We do not offer free returns or an exchange service.

Before a return is sent back to us, it needs to be in the same condition they were delivered – including the original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories etc.

If an item, you received is damaged in transit to you, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible,  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items on sale. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Also carriage won’t be refunded across our full range 

 

Exchanges

The Quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds

All refunds are paid to the original payment method at the time of purchase. A refund when processed, can take up to 10 working days to show up in your account. This depends on your bank. Refunds will exclude any delivery costs.
